i love to ask and i love to answer. this time i answer :)
so:

1. What did you do in 2008 that you’d never done before?
celebrated my 18th birthday. i know it's a shock but you'll have to control yourself.

2. Did anyone close to you give birth?
yes, and they called the baby Adi :D but not because of me, they just liked the meaning.

3. Did anyone close to you die?
no.

4. What countries did you visit?
Israel. everyday.

5. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
more patience and a good umbrella.

6. What date from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory?
June 20th, when I finished school forever.

7. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
not to go crazy by the exams and months of boredom.

8. What was your biggest failure?
can't think of something specific.

9. Did you suffer illness or injury?
no.

10. What was the best thing you bought?
I bought so many things, But I think I'll go for my winter coat :D

11. Where did most of your money go?
clothes and shoes...

12. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
I don't know, it's so easy to get me excited! There were many things.

13. What song/album will always remind you of 2008?
the song shir le shira :) I'm not sure why.

14. Compared to this time last year, are you:
Happier or sadder? Scaredier lol.
Thinner or fatter? thinner.
Richer or poorer? Richer.

15. What do you wish you’d done more of?
working, spending time with friends, reading.

16. What do you wish you’d done less of?
thinking. I think too much and become obsessive. lol? :/

17. Who did you spend the most time on the phone with?
I barely use the phone… but I think my mum.

18. Did you fall in love in 2008?
hmm :)

19. What was your favorite TV program?
tv is crap. But err… Seinfeld still wins it.

20. Do you hate anyone now that you didn’t hate this time last year?
no.

21. What was the best book(s) you read?
the straw men and along the railroad.

22. What did you want and get?
Another dog.

23. What did you want and not get?
ooh, there was something :( I can't tell.

24. What were your favorite films of this year?
Juno, Noodle… I've seen too many.

25. What did you do on your birthday?
I was with my family, went out for dinner and stuff.

26. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Working!

27. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2008?
"looking good" concept.

28. What kept you sane?
drawing, music.

29. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
nobody.

30. What political issue stirred you the most?
there were many! But ok, Gilad Shalit issue, that he's still captured because of impotent politicians.

31. What did you miss?
Being small and free of worries.

32. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2008.
never hope too much, the best things happen when you don't expect them.

less thinking because i drive myself crazy with all the things going through my mind, i get myself into movies (admit it sounds good also in english :D). but yeah, it doesnt sound like a good thing..

If there's a lot going in your mind, and it's driving you crazy, then the solution is letting them out into the world. No everything, and maybe not at once, but just write what you're thinking about. It could be public or private, but it helps.

i write actually, i have a diary and i have a blog, and it does help, but you know, not always.
anyway what i really want now is to get rid of this huge amount of free time i have, and just be busy with something, i think that will be the best solution.

and knowledge is power... but sometimes when you don't know it doesn't hurt :\
